Three benchmark datasets in the RSE paper "PGDM: physically guided diffusion model for land surface temperature downscaling" (DOI: 10.1016/j.rse.2026.115432)
dataset_Landsat_CN20.zip: The Landsat_CN20 dataset. It includes 22,909 image patches over mainland China (paired HR LST, LR LST, and HR auxiliary geophysical parameters; 160 × 160 pixels).
dataset_landsat_glb.zip: The Landsat_GLB dataset covering 20 heterogeneous regions across the globe. The folder “landsat_glb_resampled” provides the original resampled Landsat and DEM images (480 * 480 pixels), while the folder “landsat_glb_h5” provides cropped image patches (160 * 160 pixels) which can be conveniently processed by our neural network.
dataset_aster_glb.zip: The ASTER_GLB dataset covering 20 heterogeneous regions across the globe. The folder “aster_glb_resampled” provides the original resampled ASTER, HLS and DEM images (480 * 480 pixels), while the folder “aster_glb_h5” provides cropped image patches (160 * 160 pixels) which can be conveniently processed by our neural network.
