Pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) syndrome DNA methylation

Pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) syndrome is a disease unique to pregnancy women, which is associated with increased risk of offspring cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) and neurodevelopmental disorders. Previous studies on cord blood using the Human Methylation BeadChip or EPIC array have revlealed that PIH was associated with specific DNA methylation site. Here, we explore the whole genome DNA methylation landscape of of cord blood from newborns of PIH mother.
