Transcriptome and Annotations of Gyrodinium jinhaense AVPT

Assembled transcriptomes for the heterotrophic dinoflagellate, <i>Gyrodinium jinhaense </i>AVPT, and their prey species, <i>Dunaliella tertiolecta</i> CCMP1320 and <i>Rhodomonas lens </i>CCMP739. <br>The prey species assemblies are named "FOOD_transcripts" and the mixed prey <i>Gyrodinium jinhaense </i>AVPT assemblies are "FULL-GYRO-ji_transcripts". <br>The files for the Transcriptome Assemblies from both rnaSPADES and Trinity platforms are located here in addition to the assemblies after the bioinformatic removal of prey (includes "no_food" in the file name) .
