We determined that glucocorticoid (prednisolone) treatment affects oncogenic signaling in aggressive B-cell lymphomas. We sought to measure gene expression change in aggressive B-cell lymphoma cells by RNA-sequencing following prednisolone treatment. HBL1, BL60, MD8, FL318, SUDHL5 and RAMOS cells were treated in duplicates with DMSO or 10 µM prednisolone for all cells except SUDHL5 with 25nm prednisolone for 6h and 24h.
