This dataset contains processed files and cell-type annotations from the study “3D cultured human medium spiny neurons functionally integrate and rescue motor deficits in Huntington’s disease mice.” The data capture the differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells into D1/D2 medium spiny neurons using a 3D system, as well as their maturation and integration after transplantation into Huntington’s disease model mice. These profiles allow users to explore MSN lineage trajectories, subtype specification, and post-transplantation states, and can be used for downstream analyses such as marker discovery, developmental comparison, or integration studies. In the Invitro_metadata.csv file, “d20” corresponds to d20_rep1 and “d20rep” corresponds to d20_rep2; the same naming convention applies to d44. Additionally, 3mpt sample represents sorted human cells analyzed by scRNA-seq, whereas 5mpt sample represents unsorted tissue analyzed by snRNA-seq.
