Mouse Gut Microbiome Sequencing

The study aims to evaluate the effects of nutritional intervention on the gut microbiome of mice. Using 16S rRNA gene sequencing, we analyze the composition and diversity changes in the gut microbiome of mice under different nutritional intervention conditions. The relevance of this study lies in uncovering how nutritional interventions regulate the gut microbiome and thereby influence host health. These findings will provide scientific evidence for further understanding the relationship between nutrition and the gut microbiome, potentially offering new perspectives and intervention strategies for human nutrition and health research.
