Emmy Noether: canonical working German corpus and multilingual translations

Start with 00-all.zip for the complete indexed reading pack, or open any 10-*.pdf cumulative reader directly. Eleven reader PDFs are followed by their eleven cumulative editable TeX sources. Ten readers are complete working corpora. Korean is an explicitly partial 19-paper producer reader whose independent review remains pending. Single papers, units, evidence, and non-reader work remain ZIP-only. This same-concept successor closes two exact preservation gaps found by a full local-to-public hash audit. updates.zip!slavic/terms/seed.csv is a 5,999-byte historical, provisional 40-row Slavic mathematical terminology seed whose mixed statuses include needs_review; it is not a certified glossary. updates.zip!romance/r823/closure.md is a 6,297-byte historical Spanish/French R823 closure record; it is not a current German-authority claim. No translated wording, producer review state, or direct reader changed. The bounded audit otherwise found zero missing substantive hashes across CJK, English, Romance, Slavic, Arabic, Persian, Malay/SEA, Turkic, Vietnamese, and other marked Noether roots. updates.zip now preserves twelve exact late-discovered source/control objects with status labels intact. 91-index.csv, files.csv, and 95-recovery.json identify and hash both new objects explicitly. German remains exact ED0005 under metadata route NOETH-DE-AUTH-v028-20260805. No German wording or formula changed. canon.zip carries the self-contained accepted lineage and evidence replay through v028. The cumulative readers and their direct TeX sources are inherited byte-for-byte from record 21805660. This is a machine-assisted working corpus and preservation surface, not a completed critical edition, peer review, native-language certification, mathematical certification, or promotion of provisional terminology. The controlling verbatim workflow remains public in 94-workflow.zip.
