MicroRNAs co-expressed in periodontitis

This is a case-control study that has investigated the differential expression pattern of miRNAs and their respective target genes among periodontitis patients and healthy individuals. Fig 1A data comprises the fold difference in the expression of miRNAs profiled by TLDA; Fig1B data comprises the normalized expression levels of the validated miRNAs; Fig3 comprises the normalized expression levels of the target genes of selected miRNAs.
