ATAC-seq profile of human oral epithelial cell line HIOEC

To compare the features of nucleosome-free regions between human oral epithelial cells and zebrafish periderm, we performed ATAC-seq using immortalized human oral epithelial cells, HIOEC, with human embry palatal mesenchyme cells, HEPM, as control. HIOEC cells were maintained in culture medium supplemented with 1.2mM Ca2+ for 3 days, and then were disassociated with 0.25% trypsin-EDTA. Cultured HEPM cells were dissassociated with 0.25% trypsin-EDTA. For each replicates, 20000 HIOEC or HEPM cells were harvested for ATAC-seq library preparation. Three independent biological replicates were performed.
