Department-City Development Contracts

Departmental amounts committed in Department-City development contracts * * * By resolution of 16 December 2011 (Report No 11.210), the Departmental Assembly approved the implementation of development contracts between the Department and the municipalities of its territory. This system now concerns the 36 municipalities of the Department and is based on the capacity of these two levels of local authorities to bring out ambitious local projects. The departmental support is in the form of a contractual partnership covering a three-year period, and concerns both structuring investment projects and local actions in operation. In addition, the Department continues to contribute to the implementation of projects outside of contractualization. This dataset presents the date of approval and the departmental amounts voted in the Department-City development contracts since 2013. **Special comments** Some values are not entered when the development contract relates only to the investment or operation section. The amounts shown are expressed in basic values, as voted, and do not take into account the inflation revisions applied automatically each year.
