Microbiota Transfer Therapy alters gut ecosystem and improves gastrointestinal and autism symptoms: an open-label study

This study explores the impact of a fecal microbiota transplant protocol on children with autism and relates them to age and gender matched controls. This project contains data from our initial study which tracked subjects for 18 weeks, and a follow-up sampling event approximately two years after fecal transplant.
