Longitudinal RNA-Seq study of Nothobranchius furzeri fin biopsies

Here, we performed a longitudinal study of genome-wide gene expression in the short-lived killifish Nothobranchius furzeri (MZM-0410 strain) and correlated variations in transcript abundance at two time points during early adult life with age at death. Overall design: 114 animals (228 samples) were analyzed. Of each animal, two biological samples were taken by fin clipping at 10 and 20 weeks of age.
