PTMs in sequence: Number of various post-translational modifications residing in the binding site regions for the three classes of interactions.
Mutual information: Mutual information between the number of occurences of the four types of PTMs.
PTMs in structure: PTMs mapped to the complex structures in all three classes of interactions. Structural classification can be C for residues in direct contact with the partner, B for buried residues (with SASA values less than or equal to their strandard surfaces), or E for exposed.
