EVALUATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF TECHNICAL-TACTICAL ACTIONS OF FEMALE HANDBALL PLAYERS IN COMPETITIVE ACTIVITY

This article addresses the issues of evaluating the effectiveness of technical-tactical actions of female handball players in competitive activity. The study analyzed athletes' individual, group, and team defensive actions, as well as the factors influencing their level of effectiveness. The results obtained through scientific literature, pedagogical observation, and video analysis demonstrated that the physical fitness, technical skills, and tactical thinking level of handball players are the key factors determining defensive effectiveness. Furthermore, the necessity of optimizing training during competition periods and utilizing modern analytical tools was substantiated. The research findings are of significant practical importance for coaches and sports specialists.
