Cleaning and disinfection of softeners and osmosis units

This is a negotiated contract without advertising or competitive tendering in accordance with Article R2122-3 2° and 3° of the Public Procurement Code. This contract is exclusively with the supplier WAYS WATER TREATMENT to carry out the cleaning and disinfection work of the softeners and osmosis units of CHR METZ-THIONVILLE, CH de BRIEY and GCS Nord Lorraine. The contract runs from its notification on 05/06/2024 until completion of the works covered by the contract. It is combined with a maximum amount excluding taxes of € 250,000.
