We performed two full biological replicates Hi-C experiments of each temperature condition, with one 25°C sample and one 37°C sample each grown on the same day. Overall design: Four samples: 2 biological replicates of Saccharomyces cerevisiae cultures grown at 25°C, and 2 biological replicates, grown at 25°C and shifted to 37°C for 15 minutes
