In this study, we selected F1 follicles with the largest lipid content, the largest lipid deposition and the highest lipid metabolism as the research object; based on the previous co-culture model of GCs and TCs; lipid products and related pathways of GCs under the influence of TCs were detected using the transcriptomics and metabolomics systems; and further explored the pattern of TCs on GCs lipid metabolism in goose F1 follicles.
