- "data_acoustic.csv": hourly acoustic data (overall maximum number of calling male chorus frogs and number of calling male chorus frogs recorded by each songmeter A, B and C) - "IPC plate 1.ddpcr" and "IPC plate 2.ddPCR": Internal positive control raw data generated by the QX200 droplet digital PCR reader and associated software (QX Manager 1.2 Standard Edition)."Sample Description 1" column indicates the name used during fieldwork, "Sample Description 2" column indicates the sample name used in the manuscript (i.e. matching with the Figure 1 of the manuscript). - "sample plate 1.ddpcr", "sample plate 2.ddpcr","sample plate 3.ddpcr": raw data of 56 eDNA samples, and positive and negative controls generated by the QX200 droplet digital PCR reader and associated software (QX Manager 1.2 Standard Edition).
