This experiment is part of a larger study examining the anti-tumour properties of interferon epsilon in ovarian cancer. The goal of this experiment was to assess whether interferon signalling had been ablated in Ifnar1 CRISPR knockout (KO) ID8 cell lines, so that they could be used for in vivo models of ovarian cancer. Overall design: Two Ifnar1 CRISPR KO ID8 cell line clones (1CF10 and 2CD7), as well as CRISPR empty vector (EV) and untransfected (WT) controls, were stimulated with 10,000 IU/ml recombinant mouse interferon (IFN) beta. Untreated (UT) cells were used as a reference sample for baseline gene expression. Three technical replicates were performed per cell line, treated on the same date.
