Filing records of existing commercial housing sales; 4. Pre-sale permit records for commercial housing; 5. Records on Class II qualifications of real estate development enterprises; 6. Fire safety design review records for special construction projects; 7. Fire acceptance inspection records for special construction projects; 8.
