FloodForecaster HEC-RAS Projects

This dataset contains three self-contained HEC-RAS 6.5 projects used to generate the source and target-domain hydraulic simulations for FloodForecaster, a domain-adaptive geometry-informed neural operator framework for rapid flood forecasting. Each project includes terrain inputs, terrain-derived hydraulic features, geometry, boundary conditions, and 22 base inflow hydrographs. The deposit includes licensing and USGS terrain-provenance documentation, machine-readable citation metadata, a data-availability statement, and SHA-256 checksums. A publication copy was validated byte-for-byte against the private source tree; an extracted Source archive was then computed through the HEC-RAS COM controller, exported to native FloodForecaster HDF5, and loaded with the PhysicsNeMo FloodForecaster dataset backend.
