Strand-specific RNA-seq of Brassica rapa subsp. chinensis. Brassica rapa subsp. chinensis cultivar:variety 'XK' or 'GHA'

Using strand-specific RNA-seq for non-heading Chinese cabbage under heat stress, long non-coding RNAs were identified. Co-expression networks of the interactions among the differentially expressed lncRNA, mRNAs and miRNAs revealed that several phytohormones were associated with heat tolerance.
