Long non-coding RNA HOXB-AS3 promotes myeloid cell proliferation and its higher expression is an adverse prognostic marker in myeloid malignancies [MDS_normal]

The mononucleated cells were collected from the bone marrow samples of MDS patients and healthy controls. We compared the expressions between MDS patients and the healthy controls. Total RNA were extrated from the mononucleated cells from the bone marrow samples of MDS patients and healthy controls. We compared the expressions of MDS patients with the healthy donors.
