Processed data and source data for: Pan-cancer single-cell dissection of coordinated cellular programs reveals immune remodeling and potential drug targets in tumorigenesis

This Zenodo record contains the processed datasets, source data, metadata, and model-related data associated with the manuscript entitled “Pan-cancer single-cell dissection of coordinated cellular programs reveals immune remodeling and potential drug targets in tumorigenesis." The study constructed a paired pan-cancer single-cell atlas comprising 391 paired tumor-normal samples from 192 patients across 19 cancer types. The deposited files include sample-level metadata, cell-level annotations, quality-control summaries, processed cell-type abundance matrices, NMF cellular program data, figure source data, supplementary table source data, PPMS signature genes, TCGA risk-score matrices, cancer-specific prognostic performance results, external validation data, drug sensitivity results, CRISPR screening-derived target information, HPA validation source data, and molecular docking results. The analysis scripts and reproducible code are available in the accompanying GitHub repository:[Zhangyunpeng1987/TIME.PPMS: Pan-cancer coordinated cellular programs and prognostic model signature.] Raw scRNA-seq datasets were obtained from publicly available GEO studies as described in the manuscript and Supplementary Table S1. No identifiable patient information is included in this Zenodo record.
