Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in tick-infested skins (with larvae or nymph) within each breed (intra-breed comparisons) compared to stressed skin as named across the sheets. DEGs were calculated using limma R package from Bioconductor software. The up- (positive values) or downregulation (negative values) of genes are displayed in “logFC” column.
