<i>Vigna reflexo-pilosa</i><em></em> (créole bean) is a wild legume belonging to the subgenus <i>Ceratoropis</i> and is widely distributed in Asia. Créole bean is the only tetraploid species in the genus <em>Vigna</em>, and it has been shown to derive from the hybridization of <i>Vigna hirtella</i> and <i>Vigna trinervia</i><em>.<br> </em>This dataset represents a chromosome-level assembly by using the long-read PacBio technology with the chromatin contact mapping (Hi-C) technique for <i>V. reflexo-pilosa</i>. The final assembly contained 998,724,903 bases with an N50 length of 42,545,650 bases.卷毛豇豆（*Vigna reflexo-pilosa*，英文名Créole bean）是隶属于角豇豆亚属（*Ceratoropis*）的野生豆科植物，广泛分布于亚洲。该物种是豇豆属（*Vigna*）中唯一的四倍体物种，现有研究证实其起源于硬毛豇豆（*Vigna hirtella*）与三脉豇豆（*Vigna trinervia*）的杂交事件。 本数据集针对卷毛豇豆（*Vigna reflexo-pilosa*），采用长读长PacBio测序技术结合染色质接触映射（Hi-C）技术完成了染色体级别的基因组组装。最终组装的基因组总碱基数量为998,724,903，其N50长度为42,545,650。
