资源简介:
Our study will explore the links between episodic future thinking (EFT), perceived control, anticipatory pleasure, and behavioural activation and address the following questions: a) do the EFT characteristics of specificity, detail, and mental imagery predict behavioural activation, and b) does perceived control and anticipatory pleasure mediate this relationship? We plan to test a mediation model (Figure 1), hypothesising that EFT-related perceived control and anticipatory pleasure serially mediate the association between behavioural activation and EFT-related specificity, detail, and mental imagery. By examining these relationships, we hope to enhance our understanding of the interplay between these variables and uncover potential mechanisms underpinning effective behavioural activation. unknown other
