ABSTRACT The article analyzes the results of the project "Little Anthropologies: a collaborative proposal for training teachers to work with cultural diversity in Elementary School", developed between 2014 and 2016 in Distrito Federal public schools. The purpose is to reflect on the use of performative pedagogies in the experience of diversity in the classroom.
