the dataset consisting of 20 fields of images with physical dimensions of 1340x1340x64 pixels. These images were acquired using two different refractive indices: one with oil immersion corrected for a temperature of 23°C and another with oil immersion corrected for a temperature of 37°C. A constant temperature of 24.5°C was maintained throughout the data collection
