The main objective of this study was to analyze codon optimality in relation to somatic hypermutation in natural V(D)J repertoires. Human mediastinal lymph node (10L/10R/12L/12R//2L/4R/7) B cells were sorted and analyzed by 10x Genomics 5' scRNA-seq. 5' GEX and V(D)J libraries are included.
