数据集遵循文物数字化采集规范,以点云数据处理为核心,关键规则与算法如下:采用 “激光扫描 + 多光谱成像” 组合技术采集原始数据,既获取唐卡空间结构信息,又保留颜料原始色彩特征,避免单一技术导致的信息缺失;点云预处理阶段运用统计滤波算法去除环境噪声(如灰尘、扫描光斑干扰),通过半径滤波算法剔除孤立冗余点,确保数据有效性;多视角点云拼接环节采用改进型迭代最近点(ICP)算法,结合唐卡边缘特征点匹配,提升模型拼接精度,误差控制在 0.1 毫米以内;表面重建阶段运用泊松曲面重建算法,同时叠加纹理映射优化算法,完整还原唐卡线条的流畅度与颜料的层次感;数据格式兼容.obj、.ply 等主流 3D 模型格式,坐标系统一采用世界坐标系,支持 MeshLab、Blender 等软件二次编辑,满足不同场景的应用需求。
This dataset follows the digital collection specifications for cultural relics, with point cloud data processing as its core. The key rules and algorithms are as follows: Raw data is collected using the combined technology of "laser scanning + multispectral imaging", which not only acquires the spatial structure information of Thangka but also retains the original color characteristics of pigments, avoiding information loss caused by single-technology application; In the point cloud preprocessing stage, the statistical filtering algorithm is used to remove environmental noises such as dust and scanning spot interference, and the radius filtering algorithm is applied to eliminate isolated redundant points, ensuring data validity; In the multi-view point cloud stitching stage, the improved Iterative Closest Point (ICP) algorithm is adopted, combined with the edge feature point matching of Thangka, to improve the model stitching accuracy, with the error controlled within 0.1 millimeters; In the surface reconstruction stage, the Poisson surface reconstruction algorithm is used together with the texture mapping optimization algorithm, to fully restore the smoothness of Thangka lines and the layering effect of pigments; The data format is compatible with mainstream 3D model formats such as .obj and .ply. A unified world coordinate system is adopted, and secondary editing in software such as MeshLab and Blender is supported, meeting the application requirements of different scenarios.
