资源简介:
The plasma samples from four Parkinson's disease visual hallucination patients, four non-hallucination Parkinson's disease patients, and four age-comparable healthy controls were subjected to analysis using nano UPLC-MS/MS approaches to obtain non-target proteomics data. The research cohort showcased an equitable distribution of ages, Hoehn-Yahr stage and psychotic symptoms in addition to visual hallucination within the respective groups. Utilizing the data-independent acquisition (DIA) mode, a total of 8,290 peptide segments were identified, corresponding to 844 proteins. In this dataset, DIA matrix data is provided.About the dataset cover: Visual hallucinations are a common occurrence during periods of reduced lighting conditions such as dusk. These hallucinations commonly manifest as transient geometric patterns, vivid and disturbing images of animals (such as snakes or black cats), and the perception of deceased loved ones. Importantly, these virtual illusions are subjectively experienced as vividly real by Parkinson's disease patients, significantly impacting their quality of life and caregiving responsibilities.
