资源简介:
Data in this package is associated with a manuscript in Biological Invasions that examine the establishment of terrestrial non-native gastropods (i.e. snails, including slugs) in 21 high elevation (> 500 m) horticultural/agricultural facilities on three Hawaiian Islands (Oahu, Maui and Hawaii) and compared these surveys of 31 previous low elevation nursery surveys (< 500 m) on the same islands. A presence/absence matrix of all species by nursery is provided here with data on the factors used in the analyses and GPS location data. A presence/absence matrix was used because the aim of the visual search method was to maximize the number of different microhabitats sampled to better inventory species richness and composition in each facility as opposed to determine relative abundances.
