资源简介:
This study advances a topologically integrated genome archipelago model that undergoes extensive structural transformations through the formation of nFGFR1-associated Topologically Associated Domains (TADs), replacing CTCF TADs, during the development of the stem cells to neurons. The makeover of the TAD islands serves to recruit distinct ontogenic programs. Examination of chromatin structure alongside previous nFGFR1 binding, and gene expression changes (GSE65698) in mouse stem cells and in neurons. Two biological replicates of HiC, FGFR1 HiChIP, and CTCF HiChIP were completed in both ESC and NCC.
