研究毛竹实生苗不同代分蘖苗不同部位茎秆的解剖结构,试图更全面地了解竹类植物茎秆解剖结构的变化规律,丰富竹类植物茎秆解剖结构。结果表明,各代分蘖苗的表皮微形态并无明显差别;秆中、下部组织比量以及秆基本形态指标(秆壁厚、直径、筒腔径、筒壁腔比)的变化随分蘖代数有明显规律性,且在同一分蘖苗不同部位秆中,也有明显规律性:秆内层和外层维管束差异较大秆内层维管束有明显变化规律,秆外层变化规律不明显。表明竹类植
