Microbial diversity in the interaction between hazelnuts and five different types of soil

A, B, C, D and E are five different types of soil. After soil collection, if no potted treatment is carried out, it is recorded as 0. There are two treatments for the soil used for root splitting and potting. One treatment involves potting the soil with hazelnut roots, denoted as 1, while the other involves potting the soil with hazelnut roots and inoculating it with S. bovista inoculation, denoted as 2. Therefore, this study has a total of 15 treatments. Each treatment has 3 biological replicates. Taking A0 as an example, its three biological replicates are denoted as A0, A0-1, A0-2.
