TAMU glider Howdy (WMO 4801915, unit 308) data collected 2025-03-28 to 2025-06-26 in the Gulf of America

Data collected from the Texas A&M University Slocum glider Howdy (WMO 4801915, unit 308) in the Gulf of America from 2025-03-28 to 2025-06-26. The dataset contains original-resolution glider observations generated from raw Slocum memory-card DBD/EBD/SBD/TBD files. The glider collected data on water temperature, practical salinity, conductivity, pressure, density, and position along its mission track. The file also includes mission-time GPS variables, bathymetry sampled at surface GPS fixes, and TEOS-10-derived seawater variables including Absolute Salinity, Conservative Temperature, Potential Temperature, and depth. The data were quality-controlled to remove raw-resolution outliers and physically invalid temperature or salinity values before the final NetCDF export.
