This supplemental material accompanies the publication in the American Journal of Physiology–Endocrinology and Metabolism titled "Novel tools for studying the fish growth hormone axis in vivo."The study presents the first transgenic reporter lines for in vivo visualization of growth hormone (GH) cells in fish. These tools enable real-time imaging of calcium dynamics and reporter gene expression in GH cells, providing new insights into the functional regulation of the GH axis.
