The small RNA sequencing for endometrium and ovarian endometrial cysts of patients with endomeriosis

miRNAs are associated with various diseases by regulating the expression of their target genes. In this study, we investigated EV miRNA profiles of endometriosis. Endometrium and ovarian endometrial cysts were collected from 5 patients with endometriosis. Moreover, normal endometrium was obtained from 5 patients without endometriosis. Total RNAs were extracted, and small RNA sequencing was performed.
