In this paper, a low molecular weight polysaccharide was obtained from licorice by purification, and the structure of the polysaccharide was analyzed by NMR and other instruments. The toxicity, immune regulation and digestion of low molecular weight glycyrrhiza polysaccharides were investigated by cell experiment and in vitro simulation. Finally, the regulation effect of glycyrrhiza polysaccharides on immune disorder was verified by immunosuppression model.
