Transcriptome sequencing of mouse bone marrow primary macrophages treated with Poly(I:C) and QS-21 alone and in combination.

Macrophages are important innate immune molecules that play important roles in the development of infection, inflammation, cancer, etc. Toll-like receptor agonists induce macrophage production of the M1 phenotype, which has potential anti-tumor effects, but the efficacy of TLRs alone is limited, so there is an urgent need to develop new drug combinations. The aim of this thesis is to investigate the role of Poly(I:C) and QS-21 on the regulation of tumor macrophage function in the tumor microenvironment and its specific mechanism, providing a new strategy for immunooncology therapy.
