Clinical Evaluation of Tibial Tunnel Angle and Position in Anatomical Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

This dataset contains raw and processed clinical data collected from 40 patients who underwent anatomical anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) between January and December 2023. The data include tibial tunnel angle measurements in the coronal and sagittal planes, anterior-posterior tunnel positions obtained from postoperative radiographs, and clinical outcome scores (VAS, IKDC, Lysholm) along with knee range of motion assessments at 1, 2, and 4 months postoperatively. The dataset was used to investigate the relationship between tunnel positioning and early functional outcomes following ACLR.
