Exome sequencing of RWPE-1

Initially, a stable in vitro model capable of mechanical stimulation was generated and used to assess whether Li-ESWT could alter cellular biology by examining cell proliferation, clonogenicity, and migration. Additionally, we investigated whether Li-ESWT affected cell membrane integrity and induced DNA damage. Subsequently, exome sequencing was performed on Li-ESWT-treated cells to elucidate potential carcinogenic effects. Finally, we established an in vivo model in Sprague-Dawley rats and assessed whether Li-ESWT could damage the prostate tissue and elevate cancer markers.
