Supplemental Data- The Impact of Age and Sex on Cerebral and Large Artery Stiffness and the Response to Pulse Pressure

Age-related increases in arterial stiffness and pulse pressure are associated with cerebrovascular dysfunction; yet, sex differences in these factors remain unclear. This supplemental data lists the animal characteristics of the young (6 months) and old (24 months) male and female mice, along with the gene expression primer sequence. In addition, this data package includes characteristics of the posterior cerebral artery used in <i>ex vivo</i> studies.
