Data underlying the manuscript: Quantifying landfill emission potential using a weakly coupled particle filter

Repository for manuscript: Quantifying landfill emission potential using a weaklycoupled particle filter. It includes the input and measurement data (rainfall, EV, outflow, concentration), the model scripts in folder landfillmodules, the data assimilation scripts in folder BB11Z_noexchange. To use the script, you need to run the code following the description in the manuscript. The current zip file already includes all the generated model output files. You can find them in subfolders like plots, process_data. In subfolder results_2TTc, there are the optimization results from DREAM. We call them in script a_ to create synthetic truth.
