To identify metabolic processes that are affected by dhgd-1 mutation and interact with vitamin B12 Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for C. elegans day 1 adults. Two strains were cultured (wild type and dhgd-1(tm6671)) on a diet of E. coli OP50 with and without supplementation of 64 nM vitamin B12 in five biological replicates.
