Blood samples and associated clonotypes of publically available TCRβ sequences.

Male 1 (M1), Male 2 (M2) and Female 1 (F1). *Unseparated, memory and naïve samples 1 and 2 were taken one week apart. Descriptive statistics of the eight samples generated by [14]. This includes the number of unique clonotypes (V-CDR3-J rearrangements) and the number of unique CDR3 amino acid sequences ignoring the Variable and Joining gene usage. The number of unique Kidera Factor clonotypes defined by the 10 dimensional vector is compared to the number of unique CDR3 amino acid sequences derived from the nucleotide (nt) sequences described by Warren et al [14].
