This was Round 1 of panel study involving a household survey with caregivers of children who were active beneficiary HHs of the Project HOPE project enrolled in 2016. Round 1 was conducted in 2016 with a follow-up conducted in 2018. The study used cluster random sampling from among active beneficiaries of Project HOPE Namibia. The aim of the survey was to better understand the impact of the interventions implemented by Project HOPE Namibia on the well-being of orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) and households. Questions were directed to the primary caregiver using a brief, standard questionnaire developed by MEASURE Evaluation.
