本数据集是22个CERN自然生态系统生态站95个长期样地的本底数据的综合集成。数据来源于CERN分布在全国的22个典型生态系统(森林、草地、沼泽、荒漠)的生态站:哀牢山站ALF、北京森林站BJF、版纳站BNF、长白山站CBF、鼎湖山站DHF、贡嘎山站GGF、鹤山站HSF、会同站HTF、茂县站MXF、普定站PDF、清原站QYF、神农架站SNF、海北站HBG、内蒙站NMG、洞庭湖站DTM,三江站SJM、策勒站CLD、鄂尔多斯站ESD、阜康站FKD、临泽站LZD、奈曼站NMD、沙坡头站SPD。基于对CERN生态站长期样地地理位置、建立时间、面积、样地代表性等背景信息的梳理,依据样地建立之初的植物群落调查数据,参照最新的中国植被分类系统,对每个样地植物群落所属的植被型组、植被型、植被亚型进行了明确划分,并依据每个样地的优势种名单,对样地植被所属群系和群丛进行了鉴定和命名。本数据集构建通过了多轮的专家审核–台站核查–专家复审–台站接受等过程,包含生态站代码、生态站名称、样地代码、样地名称、样地类别、样地代表性、地理位置、海拔高度、样地面积及形状、样地建立时间和设计使用年数、植被型组、植被型、植被亚型、群系、群丛、优势种等信息。本数据集可以为植物区系、植被资源分布、生物多样性保护等方面的研究提供基础数据支持。

This dataset is a comprehensive integration of baseline data from 95 permanent plots at 22 Chinese Ecosystem Research Network (CERN) ecological stations across natural ecosystems. Data were collected from 22 ecological stations representing typical natural ecosystems (forest, grassland, marsh, desert) across China under the CERN network, including: Ailaoshan Station (ALF), Beijing Forest Station (BJF), Xishuangbanna Station (BNF), Changbaishan Station (CBF), Dinghushan Station (DHF), Gonggashan Station (GGF), Heshan Station (HSF), Huitong Station (HTF), Maoxian Station (MXF), Puding Station (PDF), Qingyuan Station (QYF), Shennongjia Station (SNF), Haibei Station (HBG), Inner Mongolia Station (NMG), Dongting Lake Station (DTM), Sanjiang Station (SJM), Cele Station (CLD), Ordos Station (ESD), Fukang Station (FKD), Linze Station (LZD), Naiman Station (NMD), Shapotou Station (SPD). Based on the collation of background information such as the geographic location, establishment year, area, and plot representativeness of the permanent plots at CERN stations, combined with the plant community survey data collected at the initial establishment of each plot, and referring to the latest Chinese vegetation classification system, the vegetation type group, vegetation type, and vegetation subtype of each plot’s plant community were clearly classified. Additionally, the formation and association of the plot vegetation were identified and named based on the list of dominant species in each plot. This dataset was constructed through a multi-round process including expert review, station verification, expert re-review, and station acceptance. It contains information such as ecological station code, ecological station name, plot code, plot name, plot category, plot representativeness, geographic location, elevation, plot area and shape, establishment year and designed service life of the plot, vegetation type group, vegetation type, vegetation subtype, formation, association, and dominant species. This dataset can provide basic data support for research on plant flora, vegetation resource distribution, biodiversity conservation, and other relevant research areas.
