畜牧业农业生产数据资源为监利市农业农村局在履行指导畜牧业发展、负责农业统计、监督管理畜禽屠宰等职责，在畜牧业技术推广、畜禽产品质量安全信息、农业统计信息发布等公共服务过程中产生。该数据资源包含畜禽品种及存栏出栏数量、畜禽产品产量及质量数据、养殖环境及设施数据、生产效益、养殖主体及从业人员数据等内容。可用于政府制定畜牧业发展规划、出台产业扶持政策、监测动物疫病防控、保障畜禽产品供给安全；用于行业规范畜禽屠宰行为、推动产业转型升级；用于指导生产主体科学养殖、提供市场决策依据、获取技术支持。

The livestock husbandry agricultural production data resources are generated by the Agricultural and Rural Affairs Bureau of Jianli City during the performance of its statutory duties including guiding the development of animal husbandry, conducting agricultural statistics, and supervising and administering livestock and poultry slaughtering, as well as in the course of public service activities such as livestock husbandry technology promotion, release of livestock and poultry product quality safety information, and publication of agricultural statistical information.

This data resource covers livestock and poultry breeds, on-hand inventory and slaughtered/marketed quantities, output and quality data of livestock and poultry products, breeding environment and facility data, production benefit indicators, as well as data on breeding entities and their practitioners.

It can be applied to multiple scenarios: assisting the government in formulating animal husbandry development plans, introducing industrial support policies, monitoring animal disease prevention and control, and ensuring the supply safety of livestock and poultry products; regulating standardized livestock and poultry slaughtering behaviors and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading within the industry; guiding production entities to carry out scientific breeding, providing market decision-making basis, and obtaining technical support.
